Course: ScrumWorks® Training

Product Education Philosophy

ScrumWorks Pro Logo Once you’ve made the decision to use a tool in your Scrum implementation, you want to get it working as soon as possible. While ScrumWorks® Basic and Pro have been designed as easy-to-use applications, it’s often faster and more effective for a Certified Scrum Trainer to bring you and your team up to speed while teaching participants to use the tool to support rather than subvert Scrum principles and practices.

At Danube, the principles come first and therefore, we have designed our ScrumWorks training class for Certified ScrumMasters and others who, although uncertified, have a solid grasp of the Scrum process. Our one day course will review basic, intermediate and advanced applications of the ScrumWorks products using demonstration and lecture.

Our Instructors

Software solutions for lifecycle management can be implemented in ways that can have either a very positive or very negative impact on your organization’s Agile transition. This is why Danube offers ScrumWorks training conducted by our Certified Scrum Trainers, not salespeople with minimal Scrum experience. Our trainers will not only conduct a thorough overview of the ScrumWorks products but will do so in a way that is congruent with best practices we have observed and developed with companies, both large and small.
